What is your cancellation policy ?
Students must give a minimum of 72 hr notice in order to be able to make up class. To cancel class and receive a refund students must cancel at least 2 weeks prior to their class starting.
How big are the classes?
Price rates are set at an hourly rate of $70 for 1-2 people, $25 per hour for any additional student. for Private Lessons,Group Classes (online or in person) at $400, Online Self-Paced at $140 and Afterschool Enrichment at $300 a class.
Group Classes are not offered to groups larger than 10.
Private Classes are not offered to groups larger than 5.
What hours are classes available?
Classes are scheduled around your schedule ! Our general availability is based of off number of students and classes are divided into quarters to make it easier for student to track their progress ( see class scheduling). Instructors are available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays , and Saturdays.
What if I can't make it to any of the classes?
We can try and see if students from other class groups would like to have a new student in their group ! We are also working on asynchronous class with monthly instructor support to provide more options for students - available spring 2024!
How do I sign up?
Since classes are personalized to your needs, we ask that you take the following steps to sign up:

Book a consultation with our education intake team here. We use this to help us better understand your language level and schedule.

After the consultation you will receive a pay link for the number of classes you and your Education Intake Specialist decided was best for you.

Accept calendar invites for your classes and keep an eye out on your email for more info from your instructor.
